RETURN & REFUND POLICY

The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used/consumed or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Motor Luv shall not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Refund shall be within 1 - 10 working days upon item received and confirmed. 

Please take note that buyers are responsible for all shipping charges for returning an item or swapping an item with us for any items mistakenly ordered.

Please place a return note with order number and order date in your properly packed goods and return your purchase to the following address:
